To strengthen our team, we are looking for a IE/PP Specialist L1 in our plant in [[location]].

Tasks & Attributions :  

• Conduct capacity studies for new projects and prototypes.
• Prepare assembly operation allocation and line balancing.
• Set up assembly lines, including the creation of work instructions, visual aids, identification materials, and layout plans (Jig Boards, CCB, etc.).
• Ensure equipment installation in accordance with the defined line concept and project schedule.
• Monitor ramp-up activities, productivity improvement, and space optimization.
• Develop manufacturing, storage, and material handling methods.
• Identify and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate and analyze technical changes received from the customer.
• Ensure the smooth integration of design changes into production processes.
• Participate in resolving design-related issues in line with customer-specific requirements.
• Analyze and disseminate technical documents received from external departments.

Qualifications : 

• Master's degree in industrial field . 
• 1 Year of experience in industrial companies . 
• Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting materials.
