We are looking for a Headers & Connectors Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and support the successful industrialization of new projects, from concept to production.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Lead industrialization from RFQ to equipment installation and acceptance.
• Prepare technical quotations, cost estimations, and investment budgets.
• Develop industrialization plans, layouts, and equipment specifications.
• Prepare and manage DFM, PF, and PFMEA for new projects.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, design reviews, and supplier follow-up.
• Track equipment build, ensure FAT/SAT completion, and close open actions.
• Perform cycle time analysis, line balancing, and define material flow.
• Support SOP readiness, improve OEE, and drive cost reduction.
• AutoCAD software know-how and 2D  drawings understanding and tolerance analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement (productivity, quality, layout optimization).
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial or similar).
• Experience in manufacturing/industrialization (automotive preferred).
• Knowledge of: IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, DFM.
• Experience with RFQ, equipment investment, and process setup.
• Skills in layout design, line balancing, and problem-solving.
• Know-how in headers and connector stitching represents an advantage.
• Good English and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
