Job description:
Administration of documentation on records of working hours and absence of employees in accordance with internal standards and legal regulations;
Compliance with legal norms and internal standards of the Empoloyer.
Continuous monitoring of changes in regulations in the field of labor law and, if necessary, initiation of changes and harmonization of the company's internal acts;
Responsibility to ensure that the process of employee salary calculation takes place in accordance with legal norms, internal standards, accurately and on time;
Coordination of the preparation and verification of relevant data for the calculation and payment of wages in accordance with internal standards and legal regulations;
Independent creation and control of carnets and all relevant changes related to the accounting period
Independent preparation and control of documentation for sick leave reimbursement;
Independent calculation of salary costs, salary allowances and other incomes by order of superiors;
Records of all executions and suspensions of earnings;
Issuing certificates related to employment and personal income of employees;
Registration of personal data of new employees and updating of existing data in the Axtrax program;
Recording, control and updating of the presence/absence of employees in the TimeTrack program"
Independent management of records of paid leaves and annual vacations of all employees;
Responsibility for ensuring adequate archiving of documentation in accordance with legal regulations and internal standards of the company;
Proposing and actively implementing measures to improve the company's administrative operations, and improving internal instructions and procedures;"
Communications and cooperation with institutions (Republic Fund Of Health Insurance, executors, auditors).
Job requirements:
Professional experience in related area: Minimum 2 years of experience
Formal education level completed: Bachelor's degree (Social or Economics Studies)
Microsoft Office: Professional level
English language: Intermediate level
