Responsabilities

 

  • Verify, consolidate, and import employee attendance records into the HR/payroll system;
  • Manage medical leave certificates, verify their accuracy, and calculate the related allowances;
  • Manage and verify employees' bank account information;
  • Verify and process all categories of deductions and garnishments;
  • Export and verify payroll summaries, payroll statements, and specific reports;
  • Manage and update the monthly annual leave records;
  • Verify and process in the payroll system all changes related to cost centers, departments, employee types, and projects;
  • Calculate the monthly requirement for meal vouchers;
  • Prepare, verify, and submit the monthly D112 Declaration;
  • Prepare the personnel budget and monthly forecast. 

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll or a similar field;
  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Advanced computer skills; experience with UCMS HR & PAY is considered an advantage;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Very good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation, payroll calculation, social contributions, and taxation;
  • Good command of English;
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical and financial skills;
  • Analytical mindset, responsibility, and a proactive approach.
