RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and maintain internal communication channels (email newsletters, messaging platforms, etc.).
  • Communicate important company initiatives and programs to employees.
  • Collaborate with department managers and the HR team to implement internal communications and corporate initiatives.
  • Organize employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Analyze the results of internal projects and prepare reports.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for corporate events.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate events and employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and prepare recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (for collaboration with international teams).
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in organizing corporate events (would be an advantage).
  • Content creation skills (would be an advantage).
  • Proactive mindset and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt communications to different audiences.
