What You'll Do

• Ensure seamless execution of HR processes across the plant.
• Drive Talent Acquisition, Growth & Performance Management, Culture & Well-being and Corporate Communication.
• Coordinate learning & development programs in line with company strategy; evaluate needs, monitor effectiveness, and close competency gaps.
• Support CSR initiatives and employee engagement activities that strengthen culture and motivation.
• Contribute to internal communication projects and collaborate with corporate communication on social media content.
• Maintain and update HR documentation (policies, procedures, processes).
• Prepare and follow up on onboarding and orientation programs.
• Track and analyze all HR metrics including training and employee satisfaction surveys.

What will you bring with you?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–4 years of experience in a similar HR role (preferred).
• Knowledge of core HR disciplines is a plus.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, acting with empathy, integrity, and proactivity.
