To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Specialist L1 in our plant in [[location]]. 

1. Employee Engagement Strategy

  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Support the design of annual engagement plans aligned with HR strategy.
  • Promote a strong organizational culture and company values.

2. Internal Communication

  • Manage internal communication campaigns to improve transparency and alignment.
  • Support leadership messaging and employee updates.
  • Create engaging content (newsletters, surveys, announcements).

3. Employee Experience & Wellbeing

  • Identify drivers of engagement and areas for improvement.
  • Design initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing, motivation, and satisfaction.
  • Support recognition and reward programs.

4. Surveys & Analytics

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Track key HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, engagement score).
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data.

5. Events & Activities

  • Organize employee events (team-building, celebrations, awareness campaigns).
  • Coordinate internal initiatives such as wellness days, onboarding experiences, etc.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Operations, and Leadership teams.
  • Support managers in improving team engagement.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, engagement, or internal communication.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data.
  • Creativity and ability to design engaging initiatives.
  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); experience with HR tools is a plus.
