To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Specialist L1 in our plant in [[location]].
Responsibilities:
- Processing employee terminations in accordance with labor legislation.
- Ensuring full compliance of HR processes with labor law requirements and internal company policies.
- Handling disciplinary procedures (recording violations, preparing orders).
- Preparing certificates, employment confirmations, seniority reports, and other documents requested by employees or management.
- Ensuring proper organization and secure storage of personnel files.
- Managing maternity leave processes (documentation, tracking, communication with employees and accounting).
- Maintaining military registration records for employees in accordance with current legislation.
- Organizing archiving and storage of HR documents in compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to document retention periods and confidentiality requirements.
- Regularly updating and maintaining accurate employee data in the internal HR system.
- Preparing reports and analytics on workforce headcount, employee turnover, disciplinary actions, and legal compliance.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of labor legislation (employment contracts, leave, termination procedures, document retention periods).
- Knowledge of military registration procedures in accordance with current legislation.
- High level of responsibility when working with personal data.
- Ability to professionally interact with government authorities.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency (report creation skills).
