Education
- Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Skills
- Good knowledge of HR administrative processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR policies is a plus.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
- Prepare employment contracts, certificates, letters, and other HR documentation.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and related records.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related appointments.
- Assist in coordinating recruitment activities and communicating with candidates.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all HR documents are properly filed, archived, and kept confidential.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and maintain accurate databases.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence for the HR department.
- Order and maintain office supplies and administrative materials for the HR function.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team.
