Your Profile:
Level of studies: Scientific Baccalaureate +4/+5
Experience: 1 year of experience in the industry is desirable
Languages: Good level of French & English
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
Main responsibilities:
transportation Management:
• Oversee and manage the company’s transportation service.
• Organize, control, and optimize daily planning and transportation routes.
• Monitor vehicle movements, mileage, and maintenance of the car pool in collaboration with rental providers.
• Collect and analyze transportation data, propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Define internal objectives for the transportation team based on business needs.
• Monitor and ensure key transportation KPIs meet assigned targets.
• Handle and resolve transportation-related complaints.
Compliance & Audits
• Ensure the implementation of transportation audits.
• Prepare for internal and external audits and follow up on action plans.
Administration & Logistics:
• Manage subcontractors’ documentation and follow-up.
• Coordinate the distribution and management of blouses (workwear).
• Prepare and distribute TFZ access badges.
Profile requirements:
