To strengthen our team, we are looking for a ​​​​​​​Technical Support Specialist in our plant in Fayoum.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely technical support and assistance to employees via  phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist users with email, software, and login-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including  network connectivity problems and system malfunctions 
  • Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and factory network infrastructure.
  • Assist with IT onboarding processes for new employees, including  the setup of workstations and necessary software 
  • Maintain records of service requests and track their statuses until  resolution  
  • Support users in printing and
  • Ensure all IT-related inventory and assets are properly documented  and managed
  • Configure and troubleshoot Zebra label printers for production use.
  • Maintain barcode scanners, RFID devices, and other industrial IT hardware.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve existing processes and  implement new technologies

 

 

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or  a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others 
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+ ,N+, MCSA or CCNA) are a plus
