Detailed description of Main activities :
- Ensure that Team is respecting and following the procedures and systems that maintain the activities of Incoming and Claim management running normally.
- Ensure that daily work activities are shared between shift changes.
- Organize necessary training in coordination with YEMEA Team Leader using the skill matrix outcome.
- Responsible to support escalation activities process in close coordination with Supplier Development.
- Responsible to perform weekly / monthly reporting using data and format documents shared by Supplier Development.
- Responsible to participate in Internal Audits ( Customer / QMS ) by explaining All Activities related to supplier quality in plant.
- Host supplier meetings when requested by Supplier Development or under Escalation process.
- Ensure that FastCheck and GQRS-C are being used correctly by Incoming inspector and SQA team.
- Participate in problem solving activities and investigations with purpose to understand if it´s supplier related problem.
- Responsible to Issue supplier complaints using GQRS-C system.
- Responsible to setup and monitor the dynamization of QA control status in Fastcheck in line with supplier complaint status.
- Responsible to monitor and assure supplier containment actions( such us: Sorting, Rework, Scrap), when done inside Yazaki plants.
- Responsible to evaluate and decide the acceptance or rejection of supplier 8D reports .
- Responsible to manage and close in the proper manner all issued complaints when all process are in accepted status.
- Participate and support in supplier process visits related to problem solving issues.
- To support component validation by managing FAR process( Functional Approval Reports ).
- To be informed about New or Modified component status through BOM ( Bill of Material ) for new or modified component .
- To attend with SQEs in suppliers process / product audits at supplier locations.
Job Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience preferred in the same industry.
- BSc. Engineering.
- Mastery of ISO & EHS standards.
- Audit experience (co-ordination of external audits, completion of supplier audits).
- Mastery of Quality Tools.
- Sense of leadership, managerial skills.
- Ability to listen and adapt, negotiate & argue.
- Analytical and synthesis capability, rigor and precision.
- Result orientation.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
