  • Detailed Description of Main Activities:

Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruiting methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and career fairs.
  • Draft and post job advertisements.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.

Training:

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
  • Ensure new employees are integrated into the organization effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for employee skill development and career growth.
  • Organize ongoing training and professional development programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Manage and coordinate overseas support to ensure knowledge & knowhow transfer.
  • evaluate efficiency of the provided support.

 

  • Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 ~ 6 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
