To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[Facility Engineer]] in our plant in [[Fayoum]].

Tasks:

1- leads, motivates and mobilizes a team of collaborators:
lead the team and create a good working climate based on trust,initiative and team spirit.

2- Evaluate the application of regulations and procedures and propose improvements:
Ensure and maintain the application of procedure and standard

3- Guarantee the maintenance of equipment (and other systems):
Supervise the states of the equipment, as well as the progress of the action plans

4- Ensure the achievement of maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, cost of maintenance, NPT percentage):
Ensure the implementation of corrective, preventive and predictive interventions on the SAP system, follow up with daily and monthly indicators and apply daily, weekly and monthly action plans to improve maintenance indicators.

5- Report Daily, monthly and weekly analyzes:
Ensure the objectives and the development of daily, monthly, weekly reports and actions in order to achieve the objectives.

Job Qualifications:

-BSc. Engineering.

-1-3 years of experience preferred in same industry.

-Functional knowledge & skills.

-Good communication skills.

-Leadership and organizational skills.
