Tasks:
Planned maintenance activities of machines belonging to auxiliary facilities within the factory
- • Performing planned maintenance of generators, compressors, air conditioners and air handling units, and air handling units, MDB, generator & electric panels
- • Performing planned maintenance of hydrophore, treatment plant, forklift and fire pumps,
- • Maintenance of machinery and equipment within the HSE control plan,
- • Performing planned maintenance of machinery and equipment in the boiler room.
Maintenance and repair of low voltage and medium voltage distribution facilities, General electrical malfunction, intervention within the license authority limit
- • Maintenance and repair of low voltage distribution facilities,
- • To periodically carry out grounding and lightning rod measurements according to the plan,
- • Performing annual maintenance and tests of the substation and medium voltage,
- • Responding to general electrical malfunctions of all machinery and equipment in the factory.
Maintenance and repair of telephone and alarm system
- • Distribution, maintenance and repair of all internal telephones and lines,
- • Maintenance and repair of alarm systems and lines,
- • Maintenance and repair of sound systems.
Reporting on downtime, consumption and actions that occur during the shift
- • Conducting, interpreting, and reporting posture analysis during the shift,
- • Taking, implementing, and monitoring action to prevent malfunctions from recurring,
- • Preparing the shift report regarding the malfunction that occurred during the shift,
- • Recording downtime and spare parts consumption in the SAP system and ensuring the functionality of the system.
Team Leadership
- Staff reporting to him/her;
- • Using appropriate methods and interpersonal styles to develop, motivate and lead the team to achieve successful results and business goals.
- • To divide the work of the personnel in the department and to ensure the coordination and realization of all matters within the scope of duty.
- • Taking incentive measures to control and increase their productivity
- • Evaluation of their performance
SELECT
- •Following waste separation practices within the department, ensuring the use of safety materials and implementing emergency instructions,
- •To constantly monitor the department's occupational health and safety risks / environmental impacts. Notifying HSE officers when there are changes,
- •Informing employees about HSE and ensuring that they act in accordance with HSE rules,
- •To ensure optimum energy and natural resource consumption in the field.
Job Qualifications:
-BSc. Engineering.
-3-6 years of experience preferred in same industry.
-Functional knowledge & skills.
-Good communication skills.
-Leadership and organizational skills.
