Detailed description of main activities:

-Create an action plan for objectives achievement.
-Monitoring / follow-up of indicators & action plan definition in case of discrepancies.
-Good Management of Customer & Yazaki audits / visits.
-Customer focused/oriented.
-Ensure the good use of GQRS-H.
-Assure the claims analysis & avoid their reoccurrence.
-Good reactivity to Customer / Yazaki requests.
-Ensure customer satisfaction.

-Lead Quality Improvement Plan of the plant.
-Respect of project milestones.
-Assure project follow-up & compliance with YAZAKI rules.
-Highlight critical processes & bottleneck’s during functional reviews.
-Use of lessons learned & QA history of previews projects.
-Coaching of the team.
-Periodical meeting for data review & information sharing.
-Choice of workers, their leading, training, motivate and delegation of tasks.
-Ensure the respect of 5S, EHS & QA rules by QA staff.

Job Qualifications:

-BSc. Engineering.

-5-7 years of experience preferred in same industry.

-Functional knowledge & skills.

-Good communication skills.

-Leadership and organizational skills.
