Detailed description of main activities:

- Responsible for the implementation of Yazaki System within the plant organization.

- Create the yearly policy and the master plan for MOTO "Fundamentals of Shop floor Management".

- Ensure and manage the standard shop floor setup according to the implementation schedule.

- Manage the standard setup of the "Training center" in line with the Yazaki system.

- Recognize and visualize potential improvement areas.

- Identify improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders on improvement plans to maximize productivity and quality.

- Coordinate the training required to ensure the Yazaki Fundamentals knowledge for the relevant stakeholders.

- Manages & conduct  the Yazaki system "MOTO"  Audits & ensure the closure of action Plans & counter measures.

- Ensure and manage updates of standards according to the requirements of Y-EMEA Central Function- NYS.

- Ensure and promote YAZAKI Way of thinking within own organization.

 

Job Qualifications:
- BSC Engineering.

- 4~6 Years of experience preferred in same industry.

- Background: Continuous Improvement / Industrial Engineering / Production Management.

- Ability to lead & train.
