To strengthen our team, we are looking for a FG planning specialist in our plant in [[location]]. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop production and export loading plans based on customer requirements.
• Maintain and update the "occupation plan" daily/weekly depending on production type (Batch/KSK).
• Analyze customer demand and adjust production capacity accordingly.
• Coordinate daily with customers, BU, and CSC; participate in critical issue meetings.
• Prepare export documentation (commercial invoices, proforma for returnable packaging).
• Manage shipment of components and samples.
• Monitor and report stock levels of returnable packaging.
• Create and update packing instructions, BOMs, and schedule agreements in ERP SAP and 1C.
• Generate packaging specifications for finished products after testing and approval.
• Update finished goods forecasts in ERP SAP based on customer needs and production plans.

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, 1C).
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of production, logistics, and export documentation processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
