To strengthen our team, we are looking for a FG Planner in our plant in Meknes .
Qualifications :
- Master degree in Industrial Engeneering, Logistics or Equivalent ,
- Min 1 year of experience at Logistics , Planning .
- Experience working with SAP (PP/MM) or other ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production and demand data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good command of English and French (written and spoken).
Tasks & Attributions :
- Develop and manage weekly production plans based on customer forecasts, production capacity, and schedule leveling principles to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze customer demand, identify capacity constraints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and shipping schedules.
- Coordinate with Service Centers to manage order changes, urgent requests, inventory accuracy, premium shipments, and air cargo approvals.
- Monitor and adjust Master Production Schedules (MPS), release Work Orders (WOS), and ensure SAP planning data is accurate and up to date.
- Track daily production performance, analyze output variances, and implement planning adjustments to maintain production efficiency and material availability.
- Control inventory levels, minimize dead stock through rework planning and follow-up, and support continuous improvement in supply chain performance.
