Qualifications:
- Level of studies: Bac+5 Engineer or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in automotive or similar area.
- Language: Fluent speaker of French and English
- Soft skills: Good communication, Problem solving.
Responsibility:
- Analyze customer specifications from YAZAKI drawings and share relevant information with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to ensure proper reflection on the production line.
- Ensure timely data preparation and sharing across all project phases in alignment with project milestones.
- Perform wire tuning activities at each phase of the project.
- Participate in, support the coordination of, and contribute to the implementation of new projects.
- Manage and report on Production Preparation KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements (IATF 16949), adherence to YEL/YMOK procedures, and application of all work standards and rules related to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and 5S practices.
- Ensure that the plant has the capability to meet customer requirements (CR).
