We are looking for an Engagement Specialist  to strengthen internal communication, foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees feel informed connected and engaged with our mission, values, and goals.

RESPONSIBILITY

Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and with regional calendar, aligned with YEMEA Communications
Create engaging content for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, presentations) – regular basis and upon request/ special projects
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns and events (YEMEA CSR calendar)
Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support change communication and culture initiatives
Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, respecting YEMEA frame
Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined channels or initiate new ones
Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values
 
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field
+1 year of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or HR communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong storytelling and content creation abilities
Experience with engagement surveys and communication metrics
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
