To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Adv. Sr. Specialist in our plant in Meknes .
Tasks & Attributions :
- Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and with regional calendar, aligned with YEMEA Communications ,
- Create engaging content for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, presentations) , regular basis and upon request/ special projects ,
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events ,
- Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support communication, culture initiatives, employee development and internal mobility programs ,
- Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, respecting YEMEA frame ,
- Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined channels or initiate new ones ,
- Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values ,
- Lead HR Projects ,
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), Quality Management System (QMS), and 5S standards.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Master Degree (Bac+5 or higher) in Human ressources Management , Economic , Communication, Advertising, PR, or a related field .
- Min 4 years of experience in HR development , communication , Hiring or Training with automotive industry experience .
- Experience in leading HR projects ,
- Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Languages: Fluent in English & French .
