Qualifications
- Education: Bac +5 (master’s degree) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in transportation management within a large industrial organization or manufacturing plant.
- Strong background in logistics operations, transport optimization, and vendor management.
- Languages:
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards, pivot tables, and advanced formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation Services
- Monitor and manage transportation services to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective employee transportation.
- Track transportation performance and address operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
Canteen Services
- Monitor canteen operations to ensure service quality, hygiene standards, and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular reviews with service providers and implement improvement actions when needed.
Cleaning & Gardening Services
- Oversee cleaning and gardening activities to maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, and environmental requirements.
Interim Workforce Management
- Follow up on interim workforce services and outsourced personnel.
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely staffing support and compliance with contractual terms.
- Monitor service quality and address performance issues with suppliers.
Reporting & Analysis
- Develop and maintain service performance dashboards and KPIs.
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage relationships with external service providers.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels and contractual commitments.
- Participate in service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead and support service teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
