KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Lead and develop the CS team: recruitment, training, performance management, initiating corrective or disciplinary actions
Plan logistics operations using MRP & TPS methods for maximum efficiency
Ensure an effective communication with other departments/external partners/customers
Manage incoming and outgoing material flows to ensure that material is available to satisfy the customer requirement
Install a KPI structure, monitor KPIs (OTD, DIO, E&O sales, etc.) and implement continuous improvement actions
Support cost optimization and budgeting
 

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

Long-standing experience in supply chain management
Background in multinational automotive companies
Strong ERP & inventory control skills
Proven track record as a customer service/logistics supervisor
Knowledge of customs, Incoterms, and automotive standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
