To strengthen our team, we are looking for a ECS Quality Complaint Specialist in our plant in [[location]].

FUNCTION TARGET:                                                    
Customer claim action plan, 3D & 8D reports:
     Receive customer concerns, and address to the production affiliate.
     Establish action plan and follow up.
     Report 3D & 8D to the customer.
     Coordinate & instruct sorting activities, cost follow up.                                                

Monitor claims in GQRS:
     Monitor all problem solving activities to ensure effective 8D reports with action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
                                                
Corrective actions / investigation of failed parts
     Ensure customer claim & PPM info is reported accurately, on time & according to Yazaki requirements.
    Work to meet Yazaki’s internal & customer quality targets.
    Reduce customer claims/PPM.
    Coordinate to ensure proper priority and resources applied.
    Review and monitor customer scorecards, quality and responsiveness status."                                                

Report
    Escalate major issues to Management.
    Provide information (upon request) to other Yazaki Operations Quality Divisions (Y-EMEA, YC &    YNA)."                                                

Support
    Support European & Global component quality initiatives including GQRS & Quality reporting.
    Participate / Support Supply Management in guiding supplier/sub-contractor quality development activities/training."                                                

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:                                                     
   High School                                                
   Fluent English Level, Written , Spoken and Conversation                                                 
   Knowledge IATF16964 & related Core tools                                                
   Knowledge VDA quality system
