Main tasks & responsibilities

Customer demands:  Customer orders reception, analise and confirmation. System update        

Subcontractor planning:  Prepare, send and follow up releases for  subcontractor        

Control the plan/releases achivement :  Follow up of subcontractor production/shipments to ensure customer on time deliveries        

Shipment orders to the warehouse: Prepare shipments instructions to the warehouse         

Subcontractor receptions control:  Assure that quantities anounced by subcontractor are effectively received by the warehouse        

Transport bookings:   Transport demands         

Premiun transports costs control:   Assure that premiun transport costs are charged back to the right responsible (Supplier / Customer etc)        

Participate in meetings    Participate in the several meetings for the tasks on his/her responsibility (presential or by teams)        

New Projects: Give support to Project Leader team confirm and validate all the necessary data, excel or SAP, for the new parts        

Stock Management: FG and SFG control, achiving the target defined by management        

Requirements:

Formal education:  Secondary   

Languages: English

Logistics Software: Proficiency in ERP systems.

Data Analysis: Track performance metrics and generate reports.

Problem-Solving: Resolve shipment issues and delays quickly.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.

Organization: Time management, task prioritization and meeting deadlines.

Customer Service: Ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Attention to Detail: Maintain shipment accuracy and documentation.

Teamwork & Adaptability: Collaborate with teams and adapt to changes.

Planning: Build and control the production plans

Documentation: control de dates of the eng. changes implementation

Capacity: control and present the results for short and medium capacity for the production processes
