Responsabilities

Customer order processing: 

  • Processing standard orders ( SPOT-orders/ Manual schedules / Schedules) received via EDI/ PDF/ Excel or accessed through customer platforms
  • Processing Emergency orders
  • Error management  
  • Cross functional coordination (with procurement team, Demand & Capacity, Sales, Warehouse,..)

Order handling / Planning:

  • Reschedule orders accroding to fluctuation analysis ( Longterm + Shorterm) 
  • Assessing feasibility and executing customer requests such as order changes, cancellations, postponements, and transportation mode adjustments
  • Cross functional coordination with procurement team, Demand & Capacity, Sales, Warehouse,...
  • Backlog management ( Report download, customer checks, Crossfunctional communication with Traffic/ Procurement/ Warehouse/ ...) 
  • Coverage reporting (In transit / Stock / Open orders/...) 
  • Outbound check 
  • Customer communication

Inventory management:

  • Obsolete and overstock analysis
  • Not picked up analysis 

Crisis management:

  • Escalation procedure
  • Direct shipment handling ( VAT checks/ Coordination/ Process/ Invoicing/ Transportation/ ...) 
  • Cross functional coordination with procurement team, Demand & Capacity, Sales, Warehouse,…
  • Under Allocation parts follow up 

Supporting processes:

  • CIA process ( Follow up on invoice payment/ DN releases / Shipment announcements/...) 
  • Master data
  • Invoicing: Additional cost invoicing/ credit notes/ Tooling invoices/…

Customer specific processes 

  • Recharges process to specific customers 
  • Exceptional transportation booking
  • Ordering packaging material
  •  Customer platform 

Requirements

  • Academic Background : University degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Analytical skills - Able to handle specific and complexe analysis with high level of accuracy
  • English - Fluent level (writing & speaking)
  • Excel - High level of proficiency
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Communicates effectively
  • Action oriented
  • Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
