Position: Customer QA supervisor

Job Criteria:

•  Level of studies: Master’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
•  Experience:  2 years minimum experience in EDS manufacturing / preferred : 1 year experience in leadership role.
• Languages: Fluent in English & French (Good communication and interpersonal skills).

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage customer and project quality team including skills development and coaching.
• Supervise and manage quality resident team for Renault Tangier and Somaca.
• Define internal objectives for customer and project quality team in line with business requirement.
• Monitor and ensure customer scorecards and quality external KPIs and are within assigned targets.
• Ensure external claim management : quality issues analysis, response time within due date and action plan definition and monitoring.
• Coordinate Rework activities with QREs and quality CSC in the different customer locations
• Ensure actions effeciency and transvalization through KAKOTORA / FMEA /8D audit / claims follow-up sheet.
• Elaborate and deliver quality improvement initiatives through External QIP.
• Ensure Implementation of LPA audits according to YAZAKI Standards.
• Ensure External audits preparation and actions monitoring.
• Ensure deviation management and trucking

Profile requirements:

• High personal motivation and ability to develop practical or innovative alternative approaches to meet objectives
• Oriented to performance & results
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (exp: FMEA, SPC ,…)
• Ability to work under a Matrix environment
• Professional use of all major Microsoft Office applications
