| Your Profile: |
| Level of studies: Master's degree Master’s or Engineering degree |
| Experience: 1 year of experience in the industry is desirable |
| Languages: Fluent in English & French (Good communication and interpersonal skills). |
| Main responsibilities: |
| Analyze customer complaints / alerts |
| Communicate the claims report according to the deadlines and the type of report required. |
| Ensure the monitoring and control of the effectiveness of actions in order to permanently eradicate the problem. |
| In case of problem recurrence treat it with the PSS |
| Ensure the weekly update of the external QRM |
| Maintenance of the update of the claims presentation |
| Preparation and update of the Quality Improvement Plan |
| Control and validate rework reports |
| Preparation of Functional Review during project startup |
| Document ANPQP information at the supplier portal level |
| Managing customer sorting & monitoring with the sorting organizations |
| Opening of claims on GQRS |
| Validate internal and external derogations |
| Conduct internal audits |
| Ensure the smooth running and preparation of audits & customer visits |
| Accompany the project start-up in terms of quality |
| Communicate all PPAP / ANPQP documents (factory component) |
| Ensure that customer requirements are met internally |
| Listening to the customer & Customer satisfaction survey |
| Profile requirements: |
