About the Role


As a Customer Project Quality Responsible, you will ensure customer satisfaction and project excellence by managing quality processes from development to production. Acting as the link between customers and internal teams, you will handle complaints, audits, and quality risks while driving continuous improvement and compliance with quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main interface with customer quality representatives (CSC, QRE) and ensure effective handling of complaints through 8D and GQRS.

  • Lead investigations of non-conformances on-site at customer production centers and follow up on corrective/preventive actions through QIP.

  • Monitor quality performance indicators (PPM, rankings) and implement improvements to reduce non-quality costs.

  • Organize and support customer audits, track action plans, and conduct internal system, process, and layered audits.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the Alliance New Product Quality Procedure (ANPQP) during project start-up and transfers.

  • Support project milestones by preparing Quality Functional Reviews (QFR) and contributing to risk analyses (PFMEA, Risk Assessment, Control Plans).

  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently applied.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies (8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP/ANPQP, audits).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English and French
