RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Serve as the primary customer quality interface, collaborating with CSC and QRE, managing internal and external complaints through the 8D and GQRS systems, and ensuring transparent communication with customer sites.
  • Provide on-site customer support, traveling to production centers to assess non-conformities, lead root cause analysis, and ensure timely and effective containment actions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through corrective and preventive actions, monitoring QIP roadmaps, verifying effectiveness, and enforcing measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Track and improve customer quality performance, analyzing PPM, rankings, and non-quality costs, and driving initiatives to reduce defects and strengthen customer trust.
  • Coordinate customer and internal audits, organizing assessments, closing audit action plans, and implementing transversal improvement actions to meet customer requirements.
  • Support new product and project quality, applying ANPQP procedures, leading QFR reviews within GPMS, and securing reliable product/process performance from prototype to launch.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Level of studies: Bac+5 in Quality Management, industrial engineering, technical fields, etc
  • Experience: Min 18 months of experience in the Quality department
  • Language: Fluent speaker of French and English
  • Office tools: Strong command of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Quality tools: Skilled in FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, and related methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge of customer requirements and quality frameworks, including IATF 16949.
  • Customer focus & continuous improvement mindset.
