To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Specialist IT-AM SAP PI/PO (f/m/d).

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, configure and test A2A interfaces within and outside the SAP landscape

  • Provide support and maintenance for the SAP XI / PI / PO / CPI integration landscape

  • Develop, test and implement system functionality based on defined business requirements

  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders

  • Coordinate and steer developers, consultants and other technical experts within assigned work packages or functional areas

  • Support testing, quality assurance and deployment activities in alignment with requesters and key users

  • Resolve service requests and incidents in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Contribute to Service Design by defining solution concepts, blueprints and technical specifications for IT solutions

  • Support Service Transition by implementing new or enhanced IT solutions triggered by incidents, changes, problems or projects

  • When acting as Project or Change Lead, take responsibility for scope, quality, timeline and budget

  • Maintain project plans, milestones and deliverables and provide regular updates in ServiceNow according to the IT-AM framework

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system performance and operational efficiency

  • Ensure proper technical and end-user documentation and maintain documentation in the central repository

  • Ensure clear communication and escalation with stakeholders, project managers and line management where required

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area of expertise

Your Profile

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification

  • Professional experience in IT application management, system integration or service transition

  • Understanding of service design, implementation, testing and deployment of IT solutions

  • Experience coordinating technical activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Structured and proactive working style with a focus on quality and continuous improvement

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket/change management systems is an advantage

  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
