Senior Specialist HR (m/w/d)

 

Ihre Aufgaben: 

  • Pflege von Personaldaten in Success Factors
  • Umsetzung und Koordinierung von lokalen Impatriate/Expatriate in Zusammenarbeit mit externem Dienstleister und International Mobility
  • Erstellung von Dokumenten, wie Anhörungen nach BetrVg, Zeugnissen, Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen
  • Optimieren von Systemen und Prozessen
  • Prüfen von Daten und Testen von Systemen

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, ggf. mit Fokus auf Personalmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der HR Administration inklusive Gehaltsabrechnung und Mitarbeiterentsendungen
  • Freude am Lernen und Arbeiten im Team
  • Kenntnisse in SuccessFactors sind wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Fließend in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
