To strengthen our HR Team in Cologne, we are looking for a Senior HR Specialist Payroll (m/f/d). 

 

 

Senior HR Specialist Payroll (m/f/d) temporary for 2 years

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Lead payroll activities for the payroll in Germany, Sweden, Lithuania and Hungary respecting law and company regulations
  • Manage different HR Admin & Services projects
  • Manage and prepare diverse reports regarding payroll and other HR KPIs, internally (SAP) and with external providers
  • Manage and coordinate all kinds of audits related to the payroll and HR data
  • Create accruals for Finance monthly
  • SAP Success Factors Superuser to have new updates in our system, implement new features with IT, etc.
  • Implement a new working time recording system in Germany
  • Ensure the correctness of data in our main systems to support data driven decision making
  • Responsible for communication to managers, employees in all questions related to payroll, employee & social benefits as well as pension plan and support with respective certificates for employees

 

What you’ll bring with you

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another relevant field, additional education on payroll is a big advantage
  • 4-6 years of experience in the Human Resources field with focus on payroll
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus
  • Proficient user in Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on mentality and problem solving/goal-oriented working
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken
