To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Expert SD&SCM Senior Specialist (f/m/d) in our offices in Cologne.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and implement SAP SD & SCM solutions through system customizing and development activities.
• Coordinate and steer internal and external stakeholders, including developers and consultants, within assigned projects and changes.
• Support testing, quality assurance, deployment activities, and ensure appropriate system and process documentation.
• Lead assigned projects and changes with responsibility for scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
• Act as the main contact person for business users and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and continuously expand expertise within the assigned SAP domain, supporting implementation of new processes and solutions.
• Create, review, and maintain documentation and ensure proper knowledge management standards are followed.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training activities for IT and business users when required.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the assigned area and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements and contribute ideas that enhance existing systems, processes, and services.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents and problems within service operations.
• Participate in on-call support activities when required.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD and SCM.
• Expert knowledge of SAP SD and SAP SCM.
• Experience with SAP HANA and understanding of SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, and ABAP.
• ITIL certification and/or SAP certification in SD, SCM, or a related area.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within service transition, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Professional English language skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies and processes, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
