To strengthen our team in our EMEA headquarter in Cologne we are looking for a

 

Manager Internal Audit (m/f/d)

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute of internal audits based on our internal Audit Department Charter and standards in all Yazaki locations (Headquarter, Business Units and Plants) in the EMEA region
  • Analyze findings and issue audit reports after the execution of the audits
  • Review management responses of audit findings
  • Follow up on issues and the thereof resulting actions
  • Execute exceptional internal audits upon request
  • Support for Kaizen of audit findings
  • Observe and follow up on any kind of projects
  • Collaborate on risk management topics

 

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or comparable education
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years experiences as a professional auditor with deeply knowledge in auditing, internal audit standards, fraud awareness and professional ethical standards
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, financial statements and enterprise risk management (i.e., risk analysis and control assessment)
  • Experience in process walkthroughs and documentation 
  • Keeping abreast with regulatory changes and industry standards
  • General comprehension of data analytics (Advanced skills in MS-Excel and/or SQL queries and/or Phyton)
  • SAP knowledge is of advantage
  • Very good communication skills for all direction (from operator to president/CEO) including oral communication, report writing, and presentation skills
  • Fluent proficiency in English, any additional language especially Eastern European languages are a plus
  • Problem-solving and negotiations skills
  • Teamwork and social adaptability and flexibility
  • High explanation capability
  • Experiences of manual labor is needed
  • Willingness to travel in Europe (approx. 50 % of working time)
