Responsibilities:
Coordination of all technical activities for our key customers for Wiring Harness, components and Eletronics for Non Automotive Market; and Wiring HArness for Automotive Tiers;
Developing current/new customer relationships to earn respect and confidence via reliable customer support. Full responsibility for technical exchanges and specification releases permitting achieve customer expectations and target
Garantees the development of W/H, Components and ES in line with project & customer milestones and specifications through contribution of technical expertise and coordination of the component development & qualification activities running in the different involved entities (YZK internal, supplier, customer)
Interface with internal and customer development engineers and project managers to define the project schedule for drawings, specifications, technical manuals and other documents. Translate verified customer specifications into Yazaki product development documentation.
Evaluate existing solutions with development engineering and define the optimum solution for a product proposal to the customer.
Define together with Customer and Product Engineering the required product validation process for customer acceptance.
Supports the program and project managers in critical communication to the customers and suppliers
Supports new business related activities and focuses on a long term customer satisfaction understanding their needs and expectations.
Collect customer and market potential about the required customer application and aligned with the correct ontacts within the organization
Analyse fundamental technical trends in the market segment including competitor’s developments.
Support business plan input
Market assessement and marketing plan input
Promote Yazaki technology to customer
Candidate’s Profile:
Degree in Engineering
Proficiency in English, written and spoken
Professional experience in W/H
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Leadership skills
Proficient user in Microsoft Office
Proficient user in Microsoft Project
Willingness to travel
