Job description:

 

•    Manage and control of bookkeeping records and accuracy of all financial documents which are recorded, in accordance with legal regulations and internal standards
•    Monitoring of announced relevant international and local accounting legislation changes and aligning operations with them
•    Propose and active implementation of measures for improving the Company's accounting practice, and the internal specifications and procedures.
•    Performe posting, balancing and accounts reconciliation 
•    Controll and monitoring of AP and AR, G/L accounts postings
•    Controlling of the trial balance on a daily, monthly and annual basis, notices and corrects any irregularities
•    Posting of transactions related to fixed assets, intangible assets, VAT, provisions and accruals
•    Calculation, preparation and submission of VAT
•    Month end activities
•    Preparation of various tax returns
•    Preparation of Fiscal year Group and Statutary reports
•    Cooperation with the external Audit in relation to prepare, draft and official audit reports.
•    Communication with tax authorities and clients
•    Prepare reports for management, stakeholders and external clients
•    Coordination the activities of the Accounting Department with other departments
•    Disciplinary and professional team management, especially the development and improvement of specific knowledge.
•    Responsibility for monitoring and, if necessary, corrective action for key indicators of department performances.
 

  Job requirements:


•    Minimum level of education: Bachelor’s degree (Business or Economics Studies)
•    Professional experience in related area: Minimum 4 years 
•    English language: Advanced level
•    Microsoft office (Excel): Advanced level
•    SAP: Advanced level
•    Leadership skills
•    Team work & people oriented
•    Analytical
