POSITION SUMMARY
Operate as a liaison between business unit, functional groups, and Operational Governance within YNCA to coordinate and implement Production Control processes and solutions related to SAP deployment. Understand business practices and requirements to ensure that sustainable processes are delivered and implemented.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning
• Monitor and communicate project status against project plan
• Ensure PCD requirements and constraints are captured and priorities in SAP project scope formulations
• Participate in the planning, preparation, and evaluation of project plans related to implementation of business processes; including the evaluation of risk management, staffing impact, and cost/schedule/sustainability trade-offs
• Lead projects through identification and evaluation of system and communicate changes to all levels
• Initiate appropriate corrective actions to problems and exceptions arising in the project
Enterprise Process Development
• Manage PCD-related process definition documentation for demand receipt, demand analysis, forecasting, replenishment
• Develop or support development of PCD-related procedures
• Establish key metrics
SAP Programming and Process Deployment
• Ensure development of process in SAP
• Manage security and composite role
• Develop SAP testing and training for PCD processes
• Deploy SAP processes related to PCD by leading application of process changes and procedures
• Ensure development, validation, and implementation of SAP development objects
• Ensure development and implementation of Enterprise Project Management projects
Minimum Requirements
Degree Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business or related Supply Chain Management field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Certification Requirements: PMI certification preferred
Previous Experience: Minimum of 5 – 7 years experience, along with project management experience
Travel Requirements: Some domestic and international travel is required
On Call Requirements: As needed during peak times
