What we are looking for:

 

Yazaki is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Stellantis Business Unit in Canton, MI.  The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and action-driven environment, making lasting impacts on the organization.  This position is hybrid.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Program Scheduling and Tracking: Maintain, update, and distribute scheduling and tracking documentation that meets program scope and customer requirements. Documentation will include program event and milestone tracking, reporting, and coordinating corrective action plans as required.
  • Meeting Support: As required, support and facilitate meetings for program-related activities.
  • Program Information: Maintain, update, and distribute accurate program information to the program team.
  • Program Issues List: Maintain and track program issue lists and follow up as appropriate. Escalate issues as necessary.
  • Program Reviews: Coordinate and prepare program status reports for program reviews, including monthly program snapshots and other key metrics as required.
  • International Material Data System (IMDS): Support and coordinate IMDS-related activities based on program-specific requirements.
  • Launch Readiness/PSO Tracking: Support and assist team members during wire harness launch readiness/PSO by tracking this information.
  • Engineering Change: Support and assist the team with tracking and approving program-engineering changes and related tasks in BEAMS, including affiliate response, ERFT, STA, and NOR response metrics.
  • Prototype Part Delivery: Where applicable, coordinate delivery of prototype material for customer milestones.

  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
  • Travel: Domestic and International, as required
  • Ability to resolve issues by applying creative thinking
  • Ability to think and act logically under pressure
  • Ability to resolve issues or propose resolutions to responsible parties
  • Must work independently and collaboratively
