Job Purpose

 

This job is to assist the re-establishment and strengthening of YNA corporate governance activities, specifically regarding Internal Control activities, under the direction of Department Director. Activities contain secretariat work for Internal Control Committee and other works related to corporate governance activities, such as preparation for Board of directors, Shareholding meeting, and other various related meeting and activities. Also, this position will assist to the Director for corporate governance policy making/implementation and necessary work.

Assist to manage Internal Control Activities

 

  • Preparation and secretariat for Internal Control Committee
  • Assist to set up YNA own Internal Control activities and structure, in cooperation with YC corporate governance and other related teams.

 

  • Full assistance to ICC meeting
  • Frequent discussion with YC teams

 

  • Complete preparation for ICC meeting

 

Assist to manage BOD and SHM

 

  • Assist to manage board of directors and shareholders meetings.
  • Assist for book-keeping work of BOD and SHM

 

  • Full assistance to BOD & SHM preparation
  • Setting up book-keeping system

 

  • Complete preparation of BOD and SHM
  • Setting up of book-keeping system

 

Assist to manage general Corporate Governance activities

 

  • Assist for other corporate governance activities such as policy making and implementation, and necessary research etc.
  • Assist for other activities in Corporate Governance department such as KIAN and Process Document activities.

Job Specifications

 

Education Background

  • Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent 

Professional Experiences

  • Experience in automotive company
  • Experience in working with people in different cultures
  • Experience in fields such as corporate governance, planning, legal, compliance, internal control, risk management and similiar
