What we are looking for:
Yazaki is seeking a Co-op - Operational/Financial Modeling to join our Operations Optimization team in Canton, Michigan. We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to impactful projects within our organization.
What you will be doing:
- Utilize operational and financial modeling tools to evaluate the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate simulations across Core Functions, Business Units, and External Consultants.
- Manage and analyze a large database (data lake) and leverage extraction tools.
What you will bring to the table:
- Enrollment in a 4-year degree program at an accredited institution at the time of internship targeting
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Data science, computer science.
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
