To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Blue Collar Recruitment Specialist in our plant in [[location]].

• Definition and implementation of the recruitment policy, sourcing tools (search for applications), interviews, management of applications, integration, internal mobility. Management of job descriptions and organizational charts 

Develop & Manage the training engineering plan  
• Manage and follow up training activities (groups, local, attendance list, training evaluations, etc.)
• Follow up the invoices of training activities and ensure their payment.
• Form the refund file for the training included in the training engineering
• Follow the training reibourcement folders with OFPPT.

 Interview & invite Candidates for Internship 
• Constitute the Intens’ folders and collect data
• Program theoretical, practical and OJT training to the new interns in collaboration with the training  center 
• Manage a daily follow-up of the Interns (delay, absence ...).
• Organaize presentations on 
• Prepare the traning certificates  

 Support employees for a better handling to the S4all system (OneHR System)
• Ensure the trainings required by Y-EMEA on S4all
• Update the organizational chart on the S4all system
• ensure the update of each employee's individual profiles on S4all
• Ensure that each department's annual Performance (PMP) is completed.  

 Follow up the preparation for external audits.
• Ensure internal control of QMS rules and procedures, checking of preventive and corrective action plans and improvement of the existing HR department system
• Maintain the 5S and Respect the EH&S rules  (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 ).
• Updating job descriptions and organizational charts 
• Participate in HR projects and mini-projects   

Manage the promotions: integration in their new positions, training, and evaluation

 • Document filing and archiving
