*Processing the score for payroll

* Export and check biometric score on AZUR TIME PRO 
 *Daily treatment of employee score                                                          
 * Collect and verify manual score: (continue and signature)
 *Checking for scoring anomalies and sending daily statements to department manager - HR - supervisor administration                                              
 * Validate and track exit and overtime clearances
 *Daily score-to-score deflation  
 *Daily absence de-failure - Preparation and updating of project staffing  
 *Distribution of payslips  

*           Monitoring and verification of Day Absence Management: absences - delays - long-term illnesses - maternity wards, different types of leave, overtime.      

       *Preparing employees' attendance and absence states:
- Preparing daily presence states 
*Preparing daily delays.
*Follow-up of long-term illnesses and maternity wards.
*Preparing and tracking the stalls of anomalies.                          


*       Follow discipline - communication

Follow up on disciplinary, resolve problems in case of conflict and issue questionnaires.

Maintaining the HR communication table to standard

*Please respect and enforce the industry collective agreement and the labour code and the proper application of working procedures.    

Please comply with the application of the industry collective agreement and the labour code.
*Please respect and apply the proper procedures of work: EH-S and HR.
*Please keep the 5 S app at the workstation.

*Preparation of necessary and activity-related states: workwear - badge

*Preparation of badges of indirect and staff.
*Preparing the annual request needs a blouse.
*Distribution of gift vouchers (school and other rents....) 
* Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (16949), compliance with YEL / YAP-T procedures, with health and safety rules within the work area (ISO14001 & ISO 45001 ) ) and the 5S principles.
* Ensuring compliance with the rules and procedure and legislation of labor laws
