Function target:
• Create and challenge lifetime business plan for each project and track the financial changes during project phases and coordinate in co-operation with Project Manager with regards to achievement of the business plan;
• Ensure financial information accuracy between project and actuals reporting (reconciliation)
• Conduct variances analysis to support decision making and act as main contact to provide accurate financial data mainly of SG&A and D&D
• Support all finance & controlling reporting activities (month end, forecasting, budgeting, mid-term plan)
• Contribute for continuous performance and data quality improvements
Minimum requirements:
• Finance or Administration university degree
• Relevant experience in Controlling, Finance or business partnering is a plus
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to collaborate with international functions
• High personal motivation for data, processes and continuous improvement
• Advanced English skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power Point (Power BI with ability to turn complex data in to clear insights is a plus)
