RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage industrialization activities from RFQ to equipment reception and SOP.
  • Prepare technical quotations, equipment budgets, and investment requests.
  • Define and monitor industrialization and timing plans for new projects.
  • Perform and review DFM, MPPS, PF, PFMEA, layouts, and equipment specifications.
  • Coordinate equipment design reviews, development, build status, and acceptance.
  • Ensure implementation of actions from Design Reviews and acceptance phases.
  • Perform cycle time studies, line balancing, and define part feeding concepts.
  • Provide technical support to improve OEE and reduce production costs.
  • Support continuous improvement and productivity optimization activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and execute tasks assigned by management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing).
 • 3+ years experience in industrialization or automotive manufacturing.
•  Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, DFM.
•  Experience with equipment specification, procurement, and acceptance.
•  Good project management and analytical skills.
•  Fluent English.
•  Proactive, organized, and team-oriented mindset.
