What will your job be about


Perform supplier process audits (release and incident base) in accordance with Yazaki and customers standards;

Define and follow up audit action plans;

Support of BU Quality, Sales & legal dept., get involved in contractual warranty condition analysis in serial condition and definition in RFQ phases;

Identify improvement opportunities and continuously drive supplier development and process optimization with assigned suppliers by initiating and supervising SQIP (supplier quality improvement plan) in order to ensure that objectives with respect to quality, cost, timing, delivery, services and environmental compliance are met;

Support and supervise with the Advance SQE all multi-OEM supplier-initiated changes to ensure consolidated communication to the affected supplier;

Identify and analyze suspect components and initiate actions like Advance SQE, Engineering, customer involvement or use SQIP’s to reduce quality incidents on purchased materials and initiate re-qualifications together with Advance SQE;


What We Are Looking For


University degree

5 years + experience on electric circuits manufacturing and warranty tier 1 background;

5 years + experience in quality management systems, auditing (preferential VDA 6.3), project management and professional experience in automotive industry;

Quality core tools, Lean, Kaizen Supplier development, ISO 16232 (technical cleanliness), chemical reactions, injection molding;

Team working ability;

Planning / prioritizing and organization skills;

Conflict Management;

Communication and Information;
