| Engineering change and new project/Model year change management | *Analyze specifications of customer /YAZAKI drawings & share the info with industrial engineering to reflect it on production line. *Ensure the data preparation in time for all phases ( circuit list, component and tube list...) *Ensure wire tuning activity on each phease according to yazaki procedure. *Ensure implementation of DIS. *Monitor the DFM acitvity. *Analyze, coordinate and follow the implementation of ECRs up to harness scan *Ensure effective costing and monitoring of ECRs *Ensure the preparation and distribution of the technical data to other departments *Participate and support the coordination and implementation of new projects * Monitor M1, VB phases from data reception till harness shipment. *Participate in team building, *Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor. |
