| Follow the quality procedures and Participate in quality improvement projects. | |
| Ensure line balancing through time measurement of identified lines and communicate the progress of the activity | |
| Propose and install improvements to increase out put. Give the necessary support and work in a team with all the departments |

| Study of workstation ergonomics and improve the workflow. Ensure a good collaboration between the CIE team and other services and ensure good reporting |

| Provide timing training on the site of persons directly related to efficiency and Productivity and balancing (product responsible, LL, BLC ...) Launch and lead a family time study per week to track the bottle neck (After application on routing report) following the request of the coordinator.Leads process concept definition in the plant & ensure the implementation of best practices in the new definitions.. Reliability of the database of the times relative to each process in coordination with SAP team. Implementer Routing Report calculation on P1, P2 .. Ensure the implementation of the correct method of quantifying RCTs. Actively contribute to the enrichment of the PFMEA. To propose improvements process and implement them on PFMEA. |
