The selected candidate will be responsible for :

 

Team leading :

  • support new comers on boarding to AP tasks and responsabilities,
  • make sure that Supply Management processes are well understood and applied

Project management :

  • Support AP buyers team in order to gurantee that datas are available and accurate,
  • projects are managed according activities defined by project,
  • action plans to reach SM commitments pre-SOP are defined and implemented

Sourcing :

  • Make sure that SM strategy is correctly deployed in the projects,
  • ensure sourcing of NTI is managed according process,
  • make sure all BOM's components went to sourcing

RFQ :

  • support and participate to business acquisition bringing best cost solution for material reduction,
  • localization of suppliers production,
  • 1 to 1 replacement collection,
  • new supplier technologies

Supplier monitoring :

  • organize suppliers meetings (negociation, new components benchmark...),
  • organize workshops with suppliers and internal Yazaki team

Reporting : make sure projects info are well reported and stored 

 

Job skills and qualifications :

  • Master degree in engineering / purchasing
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in purchasing in automotive industry
  • First experience of management
  • Fluent in english
  • In depth understanding of automotive supply chain
